Shawn Peek

Bio

Assistant Coach Shawn Peek begins his 3rd season of his second stint at South Pittsburg High School. Coach Peek enters his 40th season overall and serves as the Defensive Coordinator as well as the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. He previously coached at South Pittsburg from 2015-2019 where he served in the same capacity. During his career Coach Peek has been successful in three states as an assistant coach as well as a head coach. Coach Peek provides a wealth of knowledge and experience back for the Pirate program. Coach Peek and his wife Dedra have two daughters, Savannah Beach (Husband- Jae and grandson Jed), & Chloe Green (Husband-Landon).
