Assistant Coach Scot Shankles enters his 1st season as an assistant coach at South Pittsburg High School. Coach Shankles enters his season overall coaching and assists with our offensive line. Coach Shankles spent the previous 3 season as the Offensive Coordinator at Whitwell High School. Before that he spent his entire career coaching in both Alabama and Georgia. He spent 25 years at Fort Payne High School as the offensive line coach. He also spent 3 seasons as the offensive line coach at Chattooga High School. Coach Shankles and his wife Angie have one daughter Annabelle (24), and one son the late Sam Shankles.
